Every piece is made to order — production takes up to 5 business days, plus 2–4 business days for courier delivery. In total, you can expect your artwork to arrive within 6–10 business days of ordering subject to standard courier turnaround times. Delivery times may vary slightly for more remote areas.

Yes — every piece is powder coated for durability against rain and sun exposure. If you're in a coastal area, salt air can accelerate wear on any metal product, so we recommend contacting us first to discuss alternatives in metal such as stainless steel suitable for your location.

Each piece is precision cut from steel — mild steel for our standard range, with stainless steel and aluminium available for specific products or coastal environments.

If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll arrange a free replacement — no cost to you. If you'd simply like a different size or colour, we're happy to help; a courier and modification fee will apply, as outlined in our Returns Policy.

All mounting hardware is included with your order. Most pieces are fixed to the wall with screws, and elevated with a supplied spacer. A standard drill is all you'll need — most pieces take under 20 minutes to install.
