3.1. Met-Al (Pty) Ltd specializes in metal wall art. Some designs are created in-house, while others are licensed from third parties.
3.2. Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, slight variations may occur.

4. Order Processing and Delivery
4.1. Production of orders takes up to 5 business days.
4.2. Delivery takes up to 3 business days following the completion of production.
4.3. Delivery times may vary based on the client’s location and other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any delays.

5. Returns and Refunds
5.1. Clients may return purchases within 14 days of the date of purchase.
5.2. Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Items must be in their original condition, as sent out, to qualify for a refund.
5.3. Refunds will exclude delivery and return courier fees, which will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.
5.4. Refunds will be processed to the client’s nominated bank account within 10 business days of approval.

6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. Met-Al (Pty) Ltd will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
6.2. While we strive to ensure accurate information on our website, errors or omissions may occur. We reserve the right to correct these at our discretion.
