Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Met-Al (Pty) Ltd. We aim to provide a smooth and transparent shipping process for all orders. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Shipping Partner

  • All orders are shipped through our third-party courier partner, The Courier Guy.
  • We rely on The Courier Guy, Internet Express, Bezwill and other third part couriers for all deliveries, including handling, transportation, and delivery timelines.

2. Delivery Times

  • Estimated delivery times will be provided based on The Courier Guy’s standard delivery schedule. This can be viewed on their website. Deliveries typically take 1-5 business days depending on the received destination.
  • Please note that delivery times are subject to change and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather, public holidays, or high-volume periods.

3. Special Instructions

  • We are unable to provide The Courier Guy with any special delivery instructions or requests (e.g., specific delivery times, leaving the package at a specific location, etc.). We can however, provide additional notes, for which we have no guarantee they will adhere to.

4. Liability and Responsibility

  • The Courier Guy’s behaviour, actions, and performance are independent of Met-Al (Pty) Ltd. We are not responsible for any delays or mishandling once the package has been handed over to the courier.

5. Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking link once your order is shipped. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery directly with The Courier Guy.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with The Courier Guy to investigate and resolve the issue.
