Not the right fit? You have 14 days to return it for a refund — no questions asked. Please note: return courier fees are for the customer's account and will be deducted from your refund. If your item isn't right for your space, you have 14 days from delivery to send it back for a refund. Simply email us to start the process — once we've inspected the return, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days. A return courier fee applies, deducted from your refund.
